Today is the 13th of November:
I contact my realtor Wendy Watson on or about the 20th of January, on the same day she put me in touch with my lender Robert Beshears. Little did I know my Mortgage loan officer was going to go through the following, within 30 days I was locked in to my house with a 2.75% rate, Furlough kicked in and I was unemployed but Robert did not give up on me. By June I was back to work. I contacted Robert Beshears and with his help on my income he put me in a personal range That I was comfortable with. Bottom line is him and his team stayed with me until the end.
